If I understand your question correctly, here's what we have:   We use FormsFast in our front-end registration areas.  To my knowledge, our registration areas have been satisfied with this vendor.   We also have a very large inventory of paper forms (either in use daily or used only for downtime) that will become part of the scanning process.  We are taking these old forms and scanning them into a desktop publishing software and adding the mnemonic barcode to it.   I hope that answers your question - if not, let me know.
