That is incorrect information from Meditech. Yes, you can restrict the printing by the device name in PCI. This menu is located under PCI maintenance. You can go to printer maintenance where you can restrict the printing by not defining a printer for devices (Computers) in question. Let me know if you need any more info. It's a pretty easy setup.
