Shirley, in DPM NPR.REP, detail segment npr.rep.audit.trail, there is a
field for the report name (called "urn"), and for the date/time ("time",
in Meditech's integer date format) that the report was lasted edited.
And, of course, the user (called, mysteriously, "user") who did the
editing. You'll need to use %Z.date.clin.to.npr or %Z.date.clin.to.out
to get the date/time converted to a readable format. If you have other
