Shirley, What I do is set a slash variable via a LC when the Key region opens (HK). The variable is reset to nil when the Key region closes (TK). Anytime a new page is generated, a LC in the HP region looks at the variable and prints a special "continued" line if the variable still has a value. At the end of a page, a LC in the TP region looks at the variable and prints a "continued on next page" type line if needed.
Attached is a relatively simple MAGIC report from PHA.RX that you can pick apart. Look especially at the LC's and the /PAT variable as it comes and goes. I hope it is of use for you. I'm already using a page header for grouping by something else so that is not an option.
