Two questions regarding the use of %MIS.OA.MSG.auto:
The format for invocation is %MIS.OA.MSG.auto("OA MESSAGE DICT MNEMONIC",Q)

1) What does that second argument - the Q - do?
2) Is there any way to pass a value to the %MIS.OA.MSG program so that it
can be referenced and appear in the text of the OA MESSAGE? This would be a
value that is not stored in a standard or CDS field, but rather a temporary
variable in the invoking CDS's attribute.
