I was wondering how others are handling the big complaint we didn't get that result!!!!
I really think that a lot of our issue is that our clerical staff in the lab has a turnover and the few that have been there for awhile just can't keep up with all of the requests(i.e. some docs want theirs faxed , others only want US Mail, others want theirs in their medical record box (and then it sits there for how long and they then wonder why its not in the office when the patient visits??? And naturally it's that lab that didn't send it !
Does anyone have any ideas or how have you all handled this ! My pathologist is finding it hard to deal with all of these complaints ! Please give me any ideas that you may have.

 Do any of you use the auto fax when complete -we are magic 5.5 .
I know that there were some issues with this feature when it was first released. If you use it does everyone check it later to make sure the results were faxed when complete >?
