We are a Magic 5.4 facility, updating to 5.5 next week. I have a couple
of questions for the L.
 
1) Does anyone out there have a report that shows the turn around time
for lab tests from the time it should have been collected (i.e. ordered
at 0800 for a draw at 1000, drawn at 1015,  resulted at 1035).  I would
like to be able to run a report that shows that the turn around time for
the test was 35 minutes from the time it should have been drawn.  The
standard turn around times seem to show from the ordered time, not from
the time that it was drawn.
2)I would also like a report that would show me what percentage of tests
drawn for our morning (0600) draw are verified by 0800.  I would like to
be able to run this by prefix and/or test.
3) We are getting ready to send our Needs Assessment Survey out to our
users as part of our IM plan. I am in the process of updating it before
we send it out.  I was wondering if anyone is willing to share the
document they use for this.  I would be willing to share mine with
anyone as well.
