I am looking for assistance from any hospital that has experience with setting up  Digi Terminal Servers.  We have connected several lab instruments successfully but we are having trouble with connecting a Standard Register thermal label printer, model PT645, to the Digi.  We are using the 4 port Digi TS.  We have been working with JJWild with little success.  JJ supplied us with both the Digi and the serial connectors.

I would welcome any help from anyone who has experience with configuring the digi and creating the pin-out of the connector for this model of printer.

Thank you,
