Hi all,
I would like to know if any of your organizations use 2
different processes for inpatients and outpatients for medication
reconciliation and therefore 2 different forms. Also, do you require a
signature on either, both or neither of the forms? Can you give a brief
overview of your outpatient process also, Thanks a bunch.
