Wilson Medical Center went "Live" with PCS in September of this year, and decided to keep the Home Medication Reconciliation process manual, which included Home Medications, since RXM was not available to us at the time. Now we are investigating the option of using this functionality to track home medications and possibly the reconciliation process, and of course have some questions for the North Carolina hospitals accredited by JCAHO...
1) Is your facility using the RXM module? If so, are you using this with your Medication Reconciliation process?
2) If you are not using Meditech, then what other 3rd party software are you using?
We are Client Server Version 5.5.2 - Thank you in advance for your responses...
