Hi Valerie, You can create an administration report that shows BOTH what was given, as well as what's due. In PHA, under REPORT DICTIONARIES, choose eMAR Report Format. Make an ADMINISTRATION report, and set it up to report by 'S'chedule time. Answer 'Y' to include all types of drugs, both with and w/o administration. Also be sure to answer 'Y' to the first query on the second column "Sch Doses W/O Administration?" This is the format we use for both scheduled and unscheduled downtimes.
