Dear All, I am looking for some help to restrict users from placing an
order for an MRI if an outstanding order for an MRI already exists. I have tried using the Duplicate Order Hours within the Date
and Time Restrictions in the Procedure Dictionary. Although a duplicate order
alert appears and requires the user to enter a duplicate reason the user can still
place the order. I’m not sure if using an order rule would be more useful.
