Charlece – You only need to set up a
Key field based on the patient (I usually home in on the acct.no to avoid
possible duplication in names.) Then do a line check on that HK (or TK) region
as follows: LC=1+CNT^CNT,1 (if you want the line to
print), or LC=1+CNT^CNT,”” (if you don’t
want the line to print). Then set up a computed variable thus: xx.count DAT=PINT LEN=5 VAL=CNT Put that computed variable in the TR
region, and you’ll get the count of patients rather than appointments. From:
[EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Grubbs Charlece I am using in the detail segment – sch.appointment and
for index file – sch.appt.patient.index The problem is I’m trying to get a patient count but
if the patient has more than one appointment it’s counting the patient
multiple times. Can someone help with this? Charlece
