I am a Magic 5.4 site. I have set up the Medicare Lab Panels (Basic Metabolic 80048, General Health 80050, Comprehensive Metabolic 80053, etc...) as Panel Type Claim Maps. I have attached the maps in the Claim dictionary in the panel fields. The individual Lab tests are bundling correctly into one panel (CPT code), but the charges are a compilation of all the individual tests. I do have the panels built in the Charge Procedure dictionary with the charge that I want displayed on the claim. I haven't worked with lab panels in a long time and I was wondering if anyone had these set up where the charge was appearing correctly to match up with the panel CPT code.
