Clinical Analyst
Pittsfield, MA Berkshire Health Systems, located in Pittsfield, Massachusetts in beautiful Berkshire County, seeks candidates for the position of Clinical Analyst. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the execution of information technology strategies throughout the health system. The candidate will provide support and guidance in the effective use of all assigned clinical software applications. The Clinical Analyst will leverage their expertise through participation on varied clinical information technology project teams. The chosen individual will assist in system specification, design, build, and quality control activities. The candidate must be able to communicate and provide assistance to all health system associates as it relates to clinical applications. We seek candidates with the following qualifications: * Two to five years experience in the installation of advanced clinical health care applications. * Excellent written and oral communication skills. * Prior experience educating users of clinical applications software. * Previous exposure to project management and project management principals. * A background in one of the following areas: Nursing, Clinical, Ancillary Departments and/or Hospital Management, to provide for a successful link between Information Systems and Patient Care providers. * Prior Meditech experience is highly desirable.
