The most consistent way I have seen to charge by documentation is
through Query Linking to an OE charge procedure. That way staff get a
"suggested" charge, but can over ride it to something that makes more
sense. And, I haven't see any of the issues that some have had when
they attach a charge directly to an intervention.

Nearly all of our RT charges are generated via query links.

I've seen RT push a COW and use Meditech. Sharon

        Hello,

What devices are the Respiratory staff using for BMV? Are the
devices shared with nursing or used solely by Respiratory?

Respiratory is our last phase for implementation. Their
supplies and meds are stored on each floor, so they do not cart anything
around currently. We are a Magic site using carts for BMV.

Finally, does the Respiratory staff document in Meditech, on
paper or both?

        Thank you in advance,
