I am assuming you are referring to Patient Problems. We are C/S 5.4 sr2. We use PCS Plan of Care feature to document patient problems and expected Outcomes. We have predetermined Plans of Care with Problem and Outcomes with target dates for Long and Short Term OUtcomes. We also have Generic Plans of Care with and without Problems, with and without Outcomes. Regarding crossing departments, the POC is the "patients" POC.
