We have implemented Forward Advantage and use Smart Route with NPR Lab and $T Rad and UR module. Smart Route is working very good for our facility.
We update Meditech Demand Fax Dictionary and FA database as soon as new physician is added to the Meditech Provider dictionary. The tests ran well and we are now in the process of updating the FA database. The implementation, however, is very new, so I cannot speak to a long history of success. Yet. A cautionary note: FA has excellent support, but they cannot do their job unless you have someone at your end who can make changes to user rights on the system and who has the time and can spend time working with FA to tweak things.
