We are LIVE with e-sign for verbal and telephone orders in our clinic and hospital. We did set it up so the provider has to view the order before signing as there is the option to have them just sign without viewing.
With that said, we did hear some complaints at first, but we continuously let them know they need to know what they are signing, and that clicking on the little pen icon is very quick and simple. They also have the option to reject the order if it is not what they remember or if it is in the queue by mistake. So far the e-sign for reports has been so positive that the signing for orders hasn't been that much of a problem.
