Very plainly put, I'd like to have the last 4-5 documented vital signs "appear" on the vitals screen when the user goes in to document so they can see what the pt's vitals have been running prior to this documented session...an example would be if a pt. is getting blood, then the nurse may want to see a "list", so to speak, of the vitals that have been taken prior to the next set.
