Alison,
Once again.... the now infamous /S.LAST.QUERY strikes again! When this
attribute was written, /S.LAST.QUERY always represented the "current"
query. However, in 5.5, Meditech changed the functionality of
/S.LAST.QUERY so that this is not always the case now.
Your attribute should work fine if you simply replace /S.LAST.QUERY
with the mnemonic of your elapsed time query. Be sure to place the
mnemonic in quotation marks. The last line of your attribute should
be:
IFE=/VAR^/[ANS%0,"YOURQUERY"]|0,P(R,S,/VAR)^#,""}

Hi all - I went into the archives and found an elapsed time attribute
that "Lenny U." wrote. It appears to work just fine; however, when I
file the intervention it loses the information for the elapsed time
and
files a blank (dates and times are files just fine). I have tried to
put
a couple of different REQ lines on it, but this appears to put the
screen into a loop saying that there is a required field even though
it
is already filled in. I have to go into ops and end my session in
order
to get out of this loop. I think this has to do with something I found
in the Meditech Nursing attributes info that starts with "Reason for
Attribute Code to Delete Elapsed Time." Anyway, any help would be much
appreciated. Thanks in advance!

hh.hh give time in hours with a decimal
(you can also use "hh" that displays on in hours, or "mm" to display
on
in
minutes)
The "/S.LAST.QUERY" can be used instead of the elapsed time query
mnemonic.
