So, episodes are a Screen type, this should be do-able (but not one I have worked on for LSS). You may really want to do this at the Insurance level, which is similar to the Meditech setup. Collect the signature date, and run reports or define attributes based on dates. Otherwise, if an episode type screen, you will want to setup an attribute to only prompt this screen if Medicare Insurance. Depending upon where your front-end is, you may want to setup Alerts or Comments when you find a patient past the "date".
