We use Net Learning. We develop the course material and tests. Administrators can query Net Learning and get completion, etc. We also use it to schedule inservices. This is a web based product, the data base is housed at Net Learning. We also use this as a method for the employee to sign off "I have read and understood policy xxx ..." for those special policies.
