Gail - If I read you correctly, you are looking for 5 reports. The
biggest issue I faced when first learning RW was to identify the correct
DPM segments to use. I think this is your current dilemma. I'm going
to have to guess on a lot of this:
1. Stockouts (OHQ in MAIN =0) - total number for the month.
This looks like you want to be working out of MM.STOCK and
focusing on @qty.on.hand.
2. Receiving Line Errors -receiving lines not = to invoice lines
Here you probably need to start in MM.PO, segment
mm.po.lines.transactions, look at the type of transaction, and determine
if each line has been received. If not, print the information.
3. Exception Report Lines - PO/Receiving/Invoice problems
Same segment as above, but focus on the problems you want to
highlight.
4. % Fill Rate for the picklists
I think you'll want to work out of MM.STOCK.REQ on this one.
5. % PO/Invoices w/Pricing Discrepancies
Back to MM.PO on this one.
If I had more info on what you want in these reports, it's possible we
may have one or more that will help you. What would work best if I can
help is for you to outline how you want these reports to look and what
selection criteria you have in mind.
