GA Medicaid is requiring both the NDC and the HCPCS/CPT numbers on injectables billed on a 1500 form (beginning in 02/2007). The example they sent shows the NDC number in the shaded (top portion) of field 24-A, above the date of service. This splits the field horizontally. Is anybody else having to do this and if so, have you figured out how to split the field?
