Julia,
We had the same problem with our MOX when we went live on 11/14/06. We had to
have the following DTS' loaded: MOX 829,831 and MIS 8103. They took care of the
problem for us.
I hope they help.

Is the slowness limited to one or two modules or is it across the board?

Halifax in Daytona reported an issue between B/AR and ADM that arose after
they'd been on 5.5 for several weeks. I'm watching to see if that happens to
us because we went Live almost two weeks ago.

We do have a bug in MOX - when you delete a message, screen corruption appears
and the message numbers are out of sequence. Meditech hasn't given us a fix
for that yet.

Hi Everyone
We have upgraded to 5.5 sr1. We are experiencing slowness for short periods of
time. I have seen some discussion on the L before.
Has any one gotten a resolution for this?
