Would anyone willing to share their Blood Transfusion CDS? Currently, nurses do not document on line. Instead, they record it on paper that is generated during order entry and is printed thru a genicom printer. Do you share the VS queries in the CDS or did you create a different set of VS queries solely for this purpose. All input is appreciated. Thanks!
