A few weeks ago someone responded on the list stating their documentation of restraints was completed once a shift, with an intervention that stated Restraints checked q 2 hours. This respondent was from within California and recently completed a JCAHO survey. Would appreciate an email from this organization. Would like to ask a question. Thank you very much
