How often do most hospitals offer new employee orientation, every 2

weeks, once a month ??? Also, if a scheduled hospital orientation has a

large group for ancillary departments, but a small number for nursing,

would you let the nurses go to departmental orientation this time and

nursing orientation next. This would allow the nurse to begin working

with his/her preceptor on the assigned nursing unit.

Thanks,
