We have PCS in test but have not been to dictionary training, although I have been through a MAGIC NUR implementation. We are trying to put one assessment out there in test to document on. Although we have it built as an intervention with the assessment attached, we do not see it when we go to document in PCS. I see in on the E/E Care Plan screen but can't document from there. Can anyone give me an idea of what link I may be missing?
