This is what we use:

IFE=[ANS,"EDMALLERGY"]|0="Y" %MIS.PAT.edit.allergies("")X,1;1}
EDMALLERGY is the name of the query that this attribute is attached to,
we are MAGIC. We are a point and click shop though so the attribute, as
it exists, only works if you click/double click to change the query
response to "Y".
