We do have Physical Therapist that "co-sign" the documentation of the
techs. They do do this by editing the original documentation.
However,
we keep all documentation so that we can see what was originally
documented vs. what was edited.
Also, keep in mind that the therapist is responsible for what the tech
does. Therefore, does it not make sense that while reviewing the
tech's
documentation that he is about to co-sign that he should have the
ablilty to edit as he feels is appropriate?
We do use attributes to allow only a therapist to enter a response in
the queries they use to co-sign. We also have them document whether
they are co-signing the documentation as written or whether they are
co-signing after
