So how to you go about entering the time in queries to feed the report? 
Do you enter an amount of time on each visit and then pull all the queries
per patient to get the time spent with each patient?

 must be tracked for both Medicare and
non-Medicare
patients.  How are you handling this?  We currently manually enter the
amount of minutes in queries in a PRV encounter.  Is there any sort of
cumulative tracking that you have done in Meditech?  Or how about an NPR
report that can be run from PCI?  I'm not quite sure how that would work.
Would there not have to be information entered somewhere from where the
report could pull?  If anyone has any insight they could be willing to
share, please post to the list or respond to me individually.  Thank you.
