EDM 759 is what was loaded that removed the UNDONE items, though the MT
documentation on the DTS does not lead one to see how it is related

nursing home MAR. We are C/S 5.5.2, and do not have the ability to confirm
Hx Meds, so the user cannot 'check off' what they have reviewed on the
screen. This is high-risk for error, in leaving a med off, or in fact
leaving a med on that is no longer being taken, many users give up,
discontinue all the Hx Meds and just start over because it is too
difficult.
