Hi,

Caution: I am not well versed in LAB so you will have to excuse my
terminology!

Issue: Specimens are collected but not labeled at the bedside (or
immediately after collection) in an emergency/stat situation. In most
cases, the patient has not even been registered in Meditech ADM. Error
rates (incorrect labeling) are high especially when there are multiple
emergencies happening at once.

Question: Are there any
