I agree 1000%.... I sent several weeks of research to Meditech, detailing
state (SD) and federal law on the issue of signatures, co-signatures, and
residency requirements, when a signature is not needed, when it is....
I got NOTHING back.
Good luck, it stopped our implementation for MPM... (in other words FAT

We do have Physical Therapist that "co-sign" the documentation of the
techs. They do do this by editing the original documentation. However,
we keep all documentation so that
