Hi, Sharon,
We go live with QM later this month. The MOX notification is being used
for smaller depts. With few incidents. Instead of the manager having to
check a worklist daily, they just do their routine check of their MOX mail
to find incidents. It saves them a step. For larger units with many
incidents, the manager checks her RM worklist instead.
