My reply to you is don't do anything ASAP where the implementation
is concerned. The end product will reflect the haste of a rushed
implementation and then your subsequent clean up is as taxing as the
original install. I've implemented NUR twice - once completely from
scratch and one was a major revision of an existing system. My advice is
PLAN PLAN PLAN. I'd be happy to give you more info later
