I don't know of any way to lock the orders. Pyxis Connect (which I assume is what you are referring to) doesn't read this information on the orders. We divided our pharmacists into "teams" on Connect which sends all the orders from a specific floor (scanner) to a specific pharmacist. Therefore all of each patient's orders will show up only for the pharmacist the floor they scan from is assigned to. If a pharmacist clicks on ALL and goes back to seeing all orders (to help out another one), then they can still both be working on the same patient. Teams are set up in the Connect console.
