This works for us. Just be sure to create your refill list section with the primary 'sort by' field being GENERIC. Our primary sort is generic followed by room-bed and we have had no problems having them print alphabetically by medication. The meditech sort seems to allow a sort by generic name but that is still within each patient. Ideally it would look like Ampicillin 1 gram IV Drug............Details................
