Sharon and all other list subscribers,

As far as I can tell, the corruption was appearing on messages through
12/19-20, then stoped when I made a change. Of course, messages since
then that include an old message with corruption will redisplay the
corruption, as well. I haven't seen any since that date, have you?

The process that was generating the corruption, whenever it found a link
in a message, was also losing the attachments.

Hopefully, both have been fixed since 12/20.

I don't think many people have been reading the footer in the messages,
but I announced several weeks ago that for the latest info on list
problems and announcements, you can visit MTUsers.net. Since messages on
the list are currently taking several days to get to your mail box, it's
hard to get current info to you in a timely manner. But, I am trying to
maintain up to date notes on problems and fixes at MTUsers.net.

Also, problems can be reported to [EMAIL PROTECTED] instead of sending
notices/questions to the list. If Lorna and I miss these notices, they
can further backlog the queue of messages that are informative to the
subscribers. We have to remember that the list is now approximately 3200
subscribers. It's a much bigger workload than in the old days (8-9 years
ago) when we had less than 600 subscribers. The upside of this is that we
have so many involved and helpful people in that group that so much more
useful information can be passed.

Watch the footer and visit MTUsers.net for info.

Thanks,

Gil

Gil,

With the new format, I am getting corruption as below. Is anyone else
getting this? Also, no attachments seem to be coming though a couple of
messages talk about having an attachment.

Anyone else having problems?

Thanks
Sharon
