Hi Sharon- I'm not sure the Linked Orders functionality works like that - the intention is to have them appear "back-to-back". What I have done is created a CDS with a single "label" line and an attribute to display either "This is morning dose" or "This is an evening dose". My feeling is that this is a training issue for Nursing. I've heard many say that it's confusing, or extra steps if a Narcan order always pops up after a PCA documentation...the benefits far outweigh here. Maybe because I'm used to it, but it makes more sense to me having the linked orders...

If someone has it working with the EMAR, I would like to hear how you did it so nursing gets prompted for linked meds when they should and don't when they shouldn't.
