Here is a report that looks for edits to event.segment#0="D" for doctors, "I" is for insurance edits.
This is a MAGIC 5.5 SR2 report You could also use the event.codes of FXADMDR EDIT ADMIT DOCTOR and FXATTDR EDIT ATTEND DOCTOR I am using the event.segment for "D" and looking for the user mnemonic who edited the doctor field, so if your trying to see if LDR staff are making these admission errors, you would need to select their user mnemonics. I do not think selecting on location or event.location or event.old.location will work. But if you find that it does, let me know. See report ADM.PAT.zcus.bm.edits.to.doctor See report ADM.PAT.zcus.bm.events (when you see the FXATTDR and FXADMDR you will see the new doctor and the old doctor mnemonic side by side) I am including a report looking at insurance edits after BAR FINAL BILLED STATUS, so go into this macro and edit the "WTN" which is our facility identifier and enter yours to identify your BAR database.
