Hi Sharon, We did the 5.5 update before I started work here but I do
have reports that use the events that did not need to be updated. You
will also need to capture event

ENADMNB (enter admission newborn) if you use the newborn routine.

Subject: [MEDITECH-L] Admission Events - Report problem - after 5.5
update

Hi,

I am trying to write a report to capture admission, discharges out of
ADM.PAT using the adm.pat.events detail segment.

I am finding that the "ENDISIN" event is able to be captured for
discharges that occurred starting at the end of Sept but don't for
previous dates. It appears to coincide with our Live 5.5 update at the
end of Sept. ENADMIN seems to work find for admissions. (I haven't
tried transfers)

I had a problem with another report where the selects for events wasn't
honored, also occurring in tandem with our update. I ended up using a
computed field for events. That didn't work in my current report.

Has anyone else experienced any problems with the events after their 5.5
update? Any suggestions? At this point, it looks like I will have to run
a admission report, and a different discharge report for dates prior to
our update and will be able to run on the same report for Oct and beyond

Has anyone experienced changes with the events with the 5.5 update?

Sharon
