We're a Magic 5.4 site trying to create an NPR report with the following criteria. If a patient is seen at our facility for a vascular screening (1 of 5 different procedure codes), we want to track if that patient comes back within the next three months for any other services. Please let me know if you have a report that you're willing to share or can give me any guidance on how to get this information. Thanks!
