We've found a problem that I am wondering if anyone else has encountered and fixed. If a user chooses to mark several interventions on the Process intervention screen and select the DI verb, the system will loop you thru the documention screens that must be filled, but after completing a CDS with a attribute to Patient notes, and filing the notes, we are thrown back out to the process intervention screen without the system completing the looping process. And then with the message of 1 out of 3 done, the users are left to find what was not documented.
Has anyone found a solution to this? Thanks in advance to any feedback.
