Hi Kim- I strongly urge you to play the backend of your scenario as well - print out a copy of the FTP to ensure it's a "usable" document by nursing. My experiences have been that the resulting output is not formatted to a usable document. With that being said, I have used a combination of pdf files and a scripting tool to accomplish the task - I have a document posted at www.MeditechTalk.com <http://www.meditechtalk.com/> going thru a step-by-step. I will also look for the document and return email it as soon as possible. Also consider what other documents might be needed if Meditech (or your network) were to go down, in the electronic world.PHA Profiles, possibly a PHA Refill List, etc. Best of luck - Kevin. We are Magic 5.5 SR3. Using Meditech's FTP routine, we've been able to spool the MAR to a PC hard-drive but the report scheduling routine does not seem to allow hourly or semi-hourly scheduling. How have others resolved the need for frequent backup? TIA - Kim Corrette, RN Clinical IS Analyst Bartlett Regional Hospital Juneau, AK (907)796-8838
