Julia, if I'm reading your question right, you should be able to get
that information out of dpm ADM.PAT, segment adm.pat.events. The
admit.clerk field shows who did it, and the event.code field shows which
routine was used during the particular edit. There can (of course) be
multiple events for any particular account/date (distinguished by
event.seq.no). The event.code contains the name of the edit routines
from Admitting; for example, editting and ER registration is EDREGER. If
you need more help with it, let me know...thanks!

Subject: [MEDITECH-L] NPR ADM Report

I've been struggling with an ADM report and it's beyond me. I've
experimented with reports that others have shared but I can't seem to
pull in the user who edited a registration. Can anybody point me in the
right way or share something?

In ED, the triage nurse short-forms the patient and the Access clerk
edits the registration to complete it. All the "admit clerk" reports
pull only the triage nurse because he/she was the first registrar.
While that information is fine, from the Access point of view, the
Access registrar is the important name.

Being able to pull in this information would help me with several Access
reports, especially if I could get the activity as well as the user.

Anything will be greatly appreciated!

Julia
