We are preparing to move some old Eclipsys/TDS (E-7000) sites to Meditech. In TDS we have a feature where we can enter incident reports and then interface them to Maxsys, a Risk Management system. An example would be a nurse on the floor who observed an incident so, she recorded it in the special form in E-7000 ... It would be automatically loaded to Maxsys the next day.
Has anybody done anything like this in Meditech? Which module was used to gather the data? Is this a custom? Any suggestions? Thanks!
