Coordinated support for multiple institutions in the Greater Boston, MA area, 
including Mount Auburn Hospital, Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital - Needham, and 
CareGroup Homecare. 

Supporting the Administrative and Fiscal Departments at our institutions in the 
following capacities:

Systems Analyst - General Financials

1. Verbal, quantitative, and interpersonal skills, normally acquired through 
the completion of a Bachelor's degree, to deal with users at all levels of the 
organization as well as outside vendors. One year of directly related 
experience. 

2. Strong initiative, effective organization, communication, and planning 
skills; the ability to motivate and train others effectively; and to convey 
ideas to non-MIS personnel in an educational manner. 

3. Ability to grasp technical information, detail-oriented, with excellent 
writing, and research, organizational ability, and project work experience with 
hospital information systems. 

4.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong definition, analysis, 
development, and documentation skills. 

5. Experience with MEDITECH Financial Applications, specifically 
Payroll/Personnel, MM, AP, GL, FA required.

6. Knowledge of PC applications (MS Office, MS Project, Visio, Monarch, etc) 
and scripting tools a plus.
